I would highly recommend hiring Dean Gibbons. When he represented me when I was hit by a car, I found him to be very responsive to phone calls and emails. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I was somewhat uncertain as to whether to hire an attorney at all but without his help I would have received a much smaller settlement. With his assistance we collected 97% of the available policy limits and I felt that he had earned his fee. The initial offer from the insurance company was 32% of their policy limit as their best and final offer. Without his assistance I would have been tempted take this but with his experience he was able to collect close to the maximum available.
